I was raised in Nova Scotia's Annapolis Valley on my family's farm. After graduating with a Bachelor of Education from Acadia University I taught across northern Alberta for 10 years. I am passionate about literacy, math games and land based learning. This is my third year working as a principal. I have been apart of the Northland School Division Family for the past 8 years. I have a dog named Peppy. I enjoy fishing, camping, reading biographies, cooking, and spending time with friends.
